As a Transformational and Emotional Life Coach, I work with my clients from the inside out.  I can help you learn to focus inward so you can start to understand, navigate and transform your inner world.  

 

Why should you focus on your inner world?  When we only tackle our problems by what is going “out there” such as changing our environment, walking away from a situation or focusing on the physical aspects of our lives, the same limiting beliefs, triggers and feelings may remain. This then recreates a similar pattern of circumstances in our lives and we experience the same problems over again.

 

I offer a variety of tools, techniques and modalities that can be used to help you discover and undertand your inner world, help manage the challenges and stress in your life, discover and change limiting beliefs and cultivate new thinking patterns so that you begin to see your problems from a different perspective.  This will allow you to see solutions and opportunities that were not noticed before and ultimately transform your life.
